These sales have achieved a net initial yield (NIY) of 4.3%.
LondonMetric has sold three London warehouses, across Walthamstow, Park Royal and Croydon, for £30.8m and achieved a NIY of 3.9%.
Elsewhere, the REIT has sold two warehouses in Aberdeen and Birmingham for £9.6m and achieved a NIY of 5.7%.

Over the 12 months to 31st March 2025, LondonMetric has sold over 70 assets for a combined £347m.
“The sales are both strategic and opportunistic,” said Andrew Jones, CEO at LondonMetric.
“We have monetised lower yielding assets that have delivered on their asset management plans to deliver strong unlevered returns.
"The sales proceeds will be reinvested into our core sectors and assets that have superior income and rental growth prospects.”
